Pro Local Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the finance team in achieving their objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to develop their skills in a supportive and growing environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements and reports.,Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, receipts, and bank reconciliations.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial recording.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.,Provide support in the preparation of financial analysis and reporting.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff in accounting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates with strong academic background are also encouraged to apply).,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
