📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and drive business results.
  • Identify and analyze learning needs and design appropriate solutions.
  • Create and manage learning materials, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and on-the-job training.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the learning and development budget.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
