📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.,Keep inventory of ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed.,Assist in the development of new pastry recipes and product offerings.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to create and execute high-quality pastry recipes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for food service.
