📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Handle office supplies and maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
