📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
