In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at our retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering excellent service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.,Train and mentor junior cashiers.,Generate and maintain accurate sales reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
