📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior nursing staff.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, policies, and procedures.,Promote a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.,Professional certification (e.g., SIN, SIP) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and policies.,Experience in a similar role within a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred.
