📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international codes and standards.,Oversee the construction process to ensure that structural designs are implemented correctly and safely.,Conduct load calculations, stress analysis, and other technical evaluations to ensure structural integrity.,Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports for project documentation.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to address technical challenges and ensure project success.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a focus on structural engineering.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Proficiency in using structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to structural engineering.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.
