📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that is easy to understand and navigate,Ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and updates,Work with designers and developers to create and maintain user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Proven experience as a Technical Writer, with a strong portfolio of work,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and accurately,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
