📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests.,Manage food and beverage services during events.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas.,Coordinate with vendors and other staff to ensure event success.,Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of banquet services and guest feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in banquet services or related roles.,Familiarity with event planning and management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
