📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
• Support sales efforts by identifying potential customers, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads.
• Conduct market research to gather insights on customer preferences and market trends.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and social media content.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including data entry, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
