📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist in maintaining clean and organized kitchen areas.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for menu development.
  • Learn and improve baking techniques and recipes.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
