📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, including handling guest requests and resolving any issues.
• Manage the front desk operations, including reservations and guest inquiries.
• Ensure the hotel lobby and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest payments.
• Assist with event planning and setup, including managing guest lists and coordinating with vendors.
• Promote the hotel's services and facilities to guests and ensure their stay is enjoyable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
