📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, install, and maintain mechanical systems in the restaurant.,Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime.,Oversee the performance of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.,Monitor and maintain the restaurant's plumbing and water systems.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to improve overall restaurant operations.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment.,Provide technical support and guidance to the restaurant staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.,Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
