🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Knowledge of industry standards and best practices,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
