📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational tasks.,Monitor and report on operational performance and metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the management team in operational decision-making.,Handle and resolve operational issues and concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
