In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our hospital's growth and development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all legal and company policies.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in a human resources context.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends in Pontianak.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
