📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.,Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, both locally and remotely.,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware as needed.,Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.,Document and maintain IT support records and reports.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
