📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Collaborate with the corporate office to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining setting.,Proven track record of managing staff, improving operational efficiency, and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and food cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
