In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the production line, and maintaining high levels of productivity and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the production line.,Monitor and maintain high levels of productivity and quality.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain accurate records and reports of production and safety data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cement or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
