📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and sales targets.
• Train and mentor retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Monitor and enforce ASICS brand compliance, including merchandise display and pricing.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with regional managers to implement store-wide initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized store to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stay updated on ASICS product offerings and industry trends to keep the store competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or sportswear industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail software is a plus.
• Familiarity with ASICS products and brand standards is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
