📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts using fresh ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest pastry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that pastries and desserts are presented beautifully and delivered promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pastry or baking role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and tools, such as mixers, ovens, and pastry equipment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work part-time or full-time, depending on availability.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
