📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
• Work closely with team members to identify their training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Leverage your expertise and experience to help our team members develop the skills and confidence they need to excel in their roles.
• Collaborate with our team to create and implement training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to our team members to ensure they're able to apply the skills and knowledge they've learned in their roles.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our training programs are current and relevant.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, training and development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or instructional design role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with training management systems, such as Cornerstone OnDemand or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in a relevant training or instructional design field, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Associate in Learning and Performance (CALP).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to Bali as needed.
