📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in stocking and organizing the bar, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
- Interact with customers to take orders and provide excellent service.
- Follow health and safety regulations, as well as food and beverage standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
- Participate in inventory management and restocking bar supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and hospitality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Familiarity with basic bar tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of alcohol and beverage service standards.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
