📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent.
• Design and manage employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
• Lead HR initiatives and projects, such as diversity and inclusion programs, to foster a inclusive workplace.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related matters and contribute to organizational planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Capital Management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of achieving HR objectives and driving business results.
