📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and implement Lean methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping, to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
• Conduct process audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure successful execution.
• Train and mentor team members on Lean principles and best practices.
• Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Lean and continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with suppliers and customers to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean, process optimization, or continuous improvement.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and techniques, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in using Lean software tools such as Minitab, LeanKit, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
