In this role, you'll work closely with our team of pharmacists and logistics experts to manage inventory across multiple locations. You'll use our in-house inventory management system, Sistem Inventaris Inofarma (SII), to track stock levels, order supplies, and monitor performance. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, you'll help us maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor inventory levels using Sistem Inventaris Inofarma (SII).
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Order and receive supplies from approved vendors.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of new inventory control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient in using Sistem Inventaris Inofarma (SII) or similar inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Willingness to travel to different pharmacy locations as needed.
